Today the court has decreased the massacre prosecution against Jumwa and his bodyguard Otieno for killing Ngumbao who was an ODM supporter during the election in 2019. According to media news, 'tuko' after the court has vindicated the case Jumwa will vouch against Otieno.
However, the report states that justice Onginja vindicated Juma of omitting sufficient facts and she announced that according to the information written by ODPP in November and the other note from coastal region Hassan Abdi the fatalities will be given freedom.
However, she added that the dismissal of the Jumwa case will not stave off overlooking the regulation the subsequent moment she will be found culpable of committing murder again.
Jumwa has been given independence and the lawsuit over the bloodbath has been emptied. Kenyans have left talking on social media whereby they mumbled that in Kenya there is no rectitude and it belongs to the rich people.
