Kenyans aired displeased opinions on social media following a Court ruling whereby a couple were sentenced to life imprisonment for trafficking bhang worth ksh 3.1 million in Meru.
According to reports privy to the account, the couple got a shock of their life after the Meru Court sentenced them to life imprisonment which left their lawyer up in arms citing the sentence is too harsh for his clients.
Despite the fact the lawyer didn't concur with the ruling, the life imprisonment account illicited reactions of different kinds from Kenyans having many pointing fingers at the Court over such a ruling. Below are few of Kenyans opinions over the matter;
@Boniface ~ "Sometimes I ask my self , should humans be allowed to lead/govern other humans🤔 isn't that the source of all injustices? Because of the bias, conflict of interest, ignorance ect?".
