According to Havi, he had not received any notice in relation to what the police officers were doing in his office, adding that they were interfering with his private space.
According to one Female police officer, she noted that they were there on an assignment upon realizing the anger of the Law Society President Havi.
“I am asking you to leave my office. You have come to arrest me? I’m not afraid. Madam who gave you the call?” Havi fired back.
LSK President is one of the Lawyers who fight for the rights of common Kenyans with his latest public appearance being reported when he was fighting against the Building Bridge Initiative at the court of Appeal against the likes of Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Lawyers James Orengo and Otiende Amolo.
In the viral video, Havi was seen furiously grilling the police officers to tell him who had send them to his office but his quest landed on deaf ears.
“I am not afraid of that. Please leave this is a private …Which assignment are on? What did you say your name was so that I…” added Havi.
