Kenyans using dry weather road in Gachie are now protesting due to bad condition of the road. The protest, actually started and stalled after allegations of contractor not being paid by the county government, thereby abandoning the job.
According to a section of Kenyans, they accused Cabinet Secretary for Roads, Transport and Public works Kipchumba murkomen of neglecting his work exposing people living in Gachie to dust related infections such as flue. According to eyewitnesses, the vehicles from the place are often full of dust something that is against human hygiene. They therefore call upon government to track resumption of construction activities, to see it's completion.
In that case, Kenyans this morning were burning tyres on the road blocking the way as shown in the pictures below.
