
The senior political analyst, Professor Mutahi Ngunyi has stated that justice in Kenya is only for the rich.

He was reacting after the director of public prosecution withdrew from the alleged murder case against Sarah Wairimu.
It was alleged that Sarah Wairimu murdered her husband and dumped him in the septic tank.
There has been uproar online as Kenyan reacted to the director of public prosecutors move.
The senior political analyst compared Sara Wairimu's case to that of one of the deputy presidents, Rigathi Gachagua.
He stated that the law is for the poor in Kenya. He also alleged that Milliman law courts smell like a slave market.
The family of Top Cohen has condemned the ruling made by the director of public prosecution. Through their lawyer, Cliff Ombeta they stated that justice was denied.
There was beef between the director of public prosecution and the then-director of criminal investigation boss, George Kinoti.
