Moses Kipchirchir who confessed to killing 8 victims plus wife to face one murder charge - sleuths

Moses Kipchirchir had in November last year confessed to killing at least eight victims including his wife.

He also murdered his sude chick in Nakuru.

Sleuths now said that only one murder charge is ready for Kipchirchir.

Moses Kipchirchir was nabbed in November 2021 for the murder of Nakuru-based businesswoman Veronica Kanini.

He later took Mogotio-based DCI detectives to two shallow graves where he dug the bodies of Purity Chebet and her 18-month-old son Ezra.

After series of interrogations, by the sleuths, Kipchirchir confessed he killed his wife alongside her son, adding that he had murdered at least eight people for the last 10 years.

A postmortem performed on the body of Kanini's indicated that she succumbed to asphyxiation. Dr Biken George, who performed the postmortem at the PNN Funeral Services revealed that Kanini's right side of the chest was altered with.

However, on Friday, January 21, sleuths reported that only one charge, Kanini's, was ready and they will go on to wait for DPP orders on Chebet and her son's killing.
