According to reports, the young boy explained that the house help never forced him into the act and engaged out of his own will. He told the court that the house help introduced him to dirty content which rose his desires.
He further narrated that they used to sleep together thrice a week any time between 1pm and 4pm when everyone else wasn't in the house. He confessed to enjoy the moments claiming that he got addicted after the first encounter.
The boy told the court that he used to steal his sister's phone which she used to watch the dirty content for satisfaction. He defended the house help claiming she used to tell him what they were doing was wrong but couldn't resist the urge.
The house help was arraigned in court in February this year on offenses of engaging a minor in indecent acts and introducing him to dirty content.
She pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a Kshs 300,000 cash bail or Kshs 500,000 bond.
