Kisii County Senator Hon Richard Oyonka one of the lawyers and advocates representing former CS of Interior Dr. Fred Matiangi has this afternoon claimed there is a plan to ensure that the former anti-Crime Boss sleeps in Kamiti Prison today before being arraigned in Court Tomorrow.
Speaking during an exclusive interview with Citizen Tv, the Vocal Azimio MP who doubles as one of the Lawyers alleged he had received information that the DCI wants to delay the charge sheet up to 4 pm so that he can be denied a chance to proceed to the Court of Law Today.
"We have received information about what is going on. They want to make sure that our client doesn't go to court today. Most likely I'm sure they want him to spend his night in Kamiti Prison but this is something we are telling Kenya Kwanza to stop this witch-Hunt," Richard Oyonka has said.
