Migori Governor Okoth Obado In Hot Soup As Witnesses Continue To Reveal This On Sharon's Murder case

Today the trial of Migori Governor Okoth Obado together with the other Caspus Obiero and Oyamo enters day 3. The hearing which kicked off on Monday 12th July is set to end on 15th July 2021.

The three were charged with two murder accounts that's killing the 26 year old Rongo University student and second of murdering her unborn child.

On Monday at Milimani law Court, Advocate Catherine Mwaniki, Assistant Director of public prosecution arguing for the state said that the witness account will help to piece together pieces of evidence to solve the murder puzzle and prove that the three are the killers of Sharon.

The chief government pathologist, Dr Johanson Oduor testified on how the gruesome murder was carried out. He said Sharon had 7 stab wounds. 3 times in the neck and 4 times in the back. The unborn baby Sharon too had stab wounds according to post mortem conducted on 8th September 2018 at Rachuonyo Hospital.

On day 2 , Tuesday 13th July 2021, Lilian Saka a crime scene investigation officer took the stand. Using 14 photographs she reconstructed several scenes, from the hotel where Sharon was allegedly kidnapped, Lela road where a witness who was with Sharon jumped off the vehicle to Rachuonyo Hospital where post mortem was conducted.

At the crime scene in Kodero forest, they recovered a torn condom rapper, stained trouser, stained jacket, a stained underpant and also there was a pool of blood. She also documented the vehicle suspected to be used in the crime, it was recovered and packed in Oyugis police station.

Today the hearing enters it's 3rd day with more witness still testifying and opening up more shocking information. Let's hope justice will be done.
