Kirinyanga County Governor, Ann Waiguri, earlier today on 19th appeared in Court in a bid to testify against Former Devolution PS Peter Mangiti, Former Director General Nelson Githinji and 22 others over the Ksh 791M NYS aspersions.

Though she is reportedly listed as a crucial witness over the multi-million scandal, the Court was forced to adjourn after two other crutial persons were reported dead, a lawyer and an accused persons.

However, after the unanticipated stay, the Kirinyanga County Governor Waiguri came out and boldly claimed she hopefully believes the case would embark and come to final stand still.
"..i remain hopeful and confident that it shall resume soon, that justice shall prevail and we will finally have this behind us" sais Governor Ann Waiguri.
On the other hand, Waiguri was bonded by the DPP, Noordin Haji to give evidence over the Ksh 791M scandal.
