Renown City Lawyer, Nelson Havi has broken silence on the appointment of High Court Judges by President William Ruto in a Kenya Gazette Notice dated 5th December, 2022. The Head of State has kept his words on the appointment of more Judges to help in settling many cases before Courts which are still pending due to low number of Judges.
Chief Justice, Martha Koome has been in full praise of President William Ruto's interventions in making sure that the Judiciary is well staffed and financed. Nelson Havi while responding to the latest appointments has congratulated the newly appointed High Court Judges.

CJ Martha Koome, please, ensure that hearing dates are not given 6 to 12 months away from the date of an adjournment as has been the order of the day at the High Court in Milimani.
