The second Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) verdict kicked of today at the Court of Appeal where by the rulling will be done by a seven judge bench. Kenyans are really waiting to the Verdict but this time round it's different from other rulling where there has been no reports showing crowds waiting at the gate of Court of Appeal.
The judges claim that the BBI the citizens were not concerned in implementation of the BBI,rather they were told to sign documents that were already passed by the leaders.Lawyer Ahmednasir on twitter shared information that Justice Kiage throws out the BBI Appeal Rulling, according to him three lawyers have nullified while one is supporting out of the four lawyers who have given their verdicts.
He claims that Kenyans need one more vote out of the three Judge.This is what he posted on twitter,

Elgeiyo Marakwet senator Honerable Kipchumba Murkomen has asked Judge Kiage to protect the Constitution of Kenya as the proceedings contuneus. Senior Counsel Ahmednasir who is Deputy president William Ruto ally has shared some tweets online Celebrating the current rulling. He has even gone Ahead to say that the scores are now 3:1 from the judgement which has been rendered so far.
