The chairman of the Senior Council of Kenya Ahmednassir Abdulahi and his counterpart and a lecturer of law Professor Makau Mutua, has engaged on a heated remarks based on the presentation which was made in the court. Ahmednassir seemed to disagree with some presentations made from different quarters for instance the issue of the 70 new constituencies.
The lawyers who were presenting the attorney general said that the issue of constituencies is a political issue than being a legal suit. Ahmednassir as said that is totally a leal issue. His friend and colleagues Makau Mutua did not agree with the way the senior council and dressed the issue and asked him to express some decorum when addressing some matters so that the respect of the senior council society.
This appeal case has attracted many views from the people and many have taken positions on the matters before the court by the seen judges who were appointed to adjudicate on the matters. These are the people who will give the final verdict on the matter to either give room for the bill to continue or pause it once again.
