The Supreme Court has finally revealed its verdict on whether the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) portal was really accessed by unauthorized persons or not.
Azimio La Umoja presidential flagbearer , Raila Odinga through his lawyers had claimed that unauthorized persons had accessed IEBC portal and manipulated forms 34A s.Raila had actually claimed that results in over 11, 000 forms 34As had been changed.
Speaking at Milimani Law Court on Monday , lady Chief Justice , Martha Koome stated that there was no evidence to show that unauthorized persons accessed the IEBC Portal.
"NO evidence shows that unauthorized persons accessed IEBC public portal to manipulate Forms 34A in transmitting results."Said Koome.
Martha Koome added that the forms 34A s was not tampared with since the results that were uploaded in the IEBC portal since the results in the physical forms were similar to those in the forms uploaded in the public portal.
