The BBI ruling is ongoing in the high court ,where the 7 lawyers are giving out their verdict regarding the popular initiative .
Francis Tuiyott has made his ruling favouring the high court ruling back may 14,as he declares BBI to be unconstitutional.
According to justice Fatima Sichale ,who is currently reading her verdict ,she seems to support popular initiative causing panic in Ruto's camp who are against BBI.
Fatuma says verification of BBI does not require the quorom ,therefore it cannot be considered null and void.
Also according to her the creation of 70 new constituencies was not unconstitutional .
She also says that BBI committee was not an illegal outfit .
Fatuma says in her view ,a constitution must be flexible to allow for a country's growth and to cater new and unforseen future problems .
Also justice Fatima sichele says that leaders are reflection of our people ,we love castigating our elected leaders yet there arevour reflection .
The verdict which seems to oppose the initiative ,as where she just mention that president Uhuru cannot act as wanjiku in order to initiate the popular initiative .
