Kwani Hakuna Soft Copy? Kenyans Reactions As Henry Rotich's Case File Mysteriously Disappears

For a case file to miraculously disappear here in Kenya, it's not a new thing considering the fact that we are living in a man-Eat-man society and corruption exists in every institution.

Today Kenyan's were left in shock after the case file of the former Minister of Finance, Henry Rotich went missing at the time when his case was set to be heard. The missing of the file clearly shows how rogue our courts are. They had all the time in this world to notice the missing file before facing the embarament infront of the Accused.

Who is to blame?

The fact that Henry Rotich's Kimwarer and Arror Dams Case file is missing shows that there is something wrong with the Court. Either the case was touching the big fish such that they had to "make the file dissapear" so as to delay the hearing.

It is very silly for the court to postpone the case due to a missing file now that we are in a digital era. Why didn't they retain scanned copies? Why don't they keep back up files?

Judge Anthony Mrima requested the parties involved to give the court more time to find the file which was crucial for the ongoing case but the file was not traced at the registry during the break.

Justice Mrima further stated that once the file is found they will be given further directions on how the case will be heard.

George: Government knowns the real culprits are not in Ruto's camp only

Laban: The government has never wanted that case concluded. They know that the case was cooked.

Nathanrobe: The file was inclining towards statehouse, and didn't have Ruto in it. Who wants such embarrassment?

Kithinji: I suspect that the deep state are hiding it because they cannot afford to see the arror and Kimwarer being given a clean bill of health.

Alio Osman: Delaying tactics so that when the chief master becomes the president he will be off the hook.

Damian: Kwani Hakuna Soft Copy ya back up?

Hawaiii: They should also produce a dublicate. This is digital era.
