Yaniv Roznai is an experienced lawyer as well a serious economist. He has already given his views on issues around the basic structure of the Kenyan constitution. He is of the argument that the basic structure of the constitution exist in Kenya part of the reason he wants to be enjoined in the case at the Supreme Court to argue his case.

He would clearly be an asset in the BBI case if he was enjoined in the case given the lawyers are fighting hard to explain such.
