Lawyer Donald Kipkorir Calls on ODPP to Arrest UDA Members For Spreading Fake News

City lawyer Donald Kipkorir has accused UDA Members including his close friend Ahmednassir Abdallah of Spreading fake news on social media.

According to Kipkorir computer misuse and cybercrimes can attract a fine of upto 5 million or two years in prison, an offence that is committed by UDA strategist every day.

Through his twitter account, the Flamboyant lawyer wants the office of the Director of Public Prosecution (ODPP)take action against those responsible. 

“The Computer Misuse & Cybercrimes Act makes it an Offence with a fine of 5m & Two Years Imprisonment to publish false & fake news & data … uda’s digital terrorist & my friend SC AA publish fake & false news & data everyday .. Waiting for @ODPP_KE to enforce the law,” Tweeted Kipkorir. 

Although Kipkorir was not clear on the offence he was referring to, Tanga Tanga bloggers are very notorious of Spreading drake news on twitter.

Just yesterday night, the self declared chairman of hustler nation Dennis Itumbi was caught posting a Fake Photo for the UDAs Jacaranda rally.
