Kenya Judiciary Gives The Following Stern Warning To All Kenyans

The Judiciary of Kenya has today the 3rd day of October notified the public of its digitization and automating of its services.

Through the official Twitter page @Kenyajudiciary, the arm of government notifies the public that the Judiciary's official email communication will bear the domain

The notice read as below; The Judiciary of Kenya is in the process of digitising and automating its services to entrench a paperless practice such as virtual courts, e-filing, case tracking, SMS and email-based transactions.

The genal Public is notified that all official email communication from the Judiciary will bear the domain

No email shall bear the domain for communication from the Judiciary. Only the Judiciary and associated websites will be accessible via the domain.

In July this year, the Judiciary and the ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs, led by then CS Joe Mucheru signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) whereby all courts will be connected to fibre optic. This would aid it digitising all court services.
