A guy purporting to be a lawyer has been fleecing unsuspecting members of the public by representing them in court. The man had gone on with this guise for a while and it's unclear how many people he had represented in court.
The unidentified man has been roaming the Bomet Law Courts claiming to be a lawyer for hire but in reality he is not. The man has no qualifications to be a lawyer and it's not yet clear how he managed this for this long.
He was arrested after members of the public complained and a sting operation was set up that nabbed the guy. He is now in police custody and will face the law he claims to represent soon.

A few years ago, a rogue doctor was arrested after successfully performing eight operations on patients. The guy had no papers and he had been working as a Clinical Officer for a while in Bomet as well.
