CJ Martha Koome Breaks Silence, Renews Deal With AG Alliance As Fight Against Graft Upscales

Lady Justice Martha Karambu Koome is a Kenyan advocate and Human Rights Defender, serving as the Chief Justice of Kenya since 21 May 2021. She is the first woman to serve as Chief Justice in Kenya. She has an aggregate of 33 years of experience in the legal profession. She was born in 1960 in Meru County, Kenya. At first, the brave Chief Justice Martha Koome has been working steadily to ensure that judiciary is trusted in the fight against corruption.

Chief Justice Martha Koome broke her silence again today in her fight against graft. The Supreme Court Of Kenya President Lady Justice Martha Koome, ensured that the judiciary renews deal with AG Alliance Africa in fight against graft. CJ Martha Koome said the agreement will support sharing of knowledge and experiences, development and strengthen human and institutional capacity, access to and exchange of information.
