Humbled Farmer Captures Attention Of Judges During BBI Hearing, States What President should Do

As Building Bridges initiative (BBI) hearing enters day two today, a man who had earlier identified himself as humble farmer from Migori county months ago during High Court BBI hearing, once again captured the attention of judges while making his submissions before Chief Justice Martha Koome and other judges.

While making his submissions, Mr Isaac Aluochier said that the first in command and the commander - in - chief of Armed Forces President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta doesn't have absolute immunity. He also stated that if if he were Justice Goerge Odunga or Joel Ngugi who were involved in the BBI matter at the high court, then the two has a right to sue the Head of State in the employment and Labour remuneration court for deficit in their remuneration compared to what they should be earning as high court judges.

According to him, president Uhuru violated article 156 which allows him to ceremoniously appoint the judges to office but failed to do so. He further asked the Judges who the boss in this country and if the people are boss then, their matters should rule.
