
Elsoret residents celebrate the fall of BBI report.
The long a waited fate of BBI ruling has finally come to an end after the court of appeal rejecting it. The seven bench judges had their own views which they read. Eldoret residents have come out in large number to celebrate the fall of BBI report.

This comes after court of appeal,Judge Daniel Musinga, Justice Patrick Kiage, Lady Justice Hannah Okwengo, Lady Justice Rosyline Nambuye, Lady Justice Fatuma Sichale, Justice Gatembu Kairu, and Justice Francis Tuiyot rejected the BBI terming it as Unconstitutional.
Another finding that was found by the court of was that the president had no power to initiate the BBI report making it to be nullified. Early Friday 20 August 2021, The Building Bridges Initiative had suffered a big blow after Daniel Musinga declared that Kenyans are the one have all sovereign powers to the amendment of the constitution. So far ODM party leader Raila Odinga has accepted the ruling saying life has to go on.
