According to news hitting the air waves just now, the family of Ngumbao Jola has withdrawn from murder case after CS Aisha Jumwa was dropped as a murder suspect.
The family has also called on the court to set free bodyguard Geoffrey Okuto who shot the young man in cold blood.
The family speaking to the media said they had left all to God saying they did not to fight anymore.
Currently, several cases belonging to close Ruto allies have been dropped by the DPP with questions raised as to what could be happening lately.
Amongst them is the Rigathi Gachagua case where hr was accused of squandering billions.
Many across the country have expressed some varied reactions in regards to the said developments.
Aisha Jumwa who was elected as a cabinet secretary has been working round the clock to ensure that the case against her was dropped.
