BREAKING: Serial Killer 'Ruto' Found Unfit to Stand Trial by Government Psychiatrist

A few weeks ago, kenyans were shocked by an incident that happened in Baringo County where a man identified as Moses Kipchirchir Ruto killed six people under unclear circumstances.

The man was arrested after the body of a woman who went missing was found to have been linked to him and thus investigations begun.

After his arrest and confession, Moses Ruto admitted to killing more people in Nakuru and Baringo Counties where he used to bury them.

The serial killer is said to have been burying them in shallow graves along a riverbank, something that shocked the authorities and Kenyans at large.

This afternoon, according to Daily Nation, Moses Kipchirchir Ruto has been found mentally unfit to stand trial.

This means that he will not be appearing before a judge anytime soon as his mind is not stable enough to comprehend anything.

It's unclear as to how the law says about this but we would love to hear your opinion. Let us know in the comments section below what the law says on this.
