Huge Blow To Bob Collymore's Widow As High Court Stops Her From Doing This To Deceased Properties

Bob Collymore was the Chief Executive Officer of Safaricom until 2019 when he died at the age of 61 years. He was one of the biggest businessmen in Kenya and for sure he knew how to control all his assets. Reports from verified sources indicates that Bob owned a lot of things which totalled to millions of Kenya shillings.

Being a cleaver businessman, he invested in real estate, vehicles, Hotels, Rental houses and also had shares with major companies in Kenya.

Now after his demise, Wambui (his wife) moved to court to be given the permission to control Bob's businesses in Kenya. However, High Court wasn't able to grant Wambui her wishes because this issue is critical and everyone must be brought to board before a decision is made.

According to Justice Maureen Odero, Bob's children who are currently residing In Abroad must be present and confirm that they want their step mother to run these businesses. Incase they won't agree then the court will send them back to have a meeting amongst themselves so as to come up with an amicable solution before reporting back court.

The judge concluded by saying that the three of them( Wambui and the two children) are expected to appear before the same court on 29th July 2021.
