Renowned lawyer Fred Ngatia has explained as to why the Azimio Petitions in the supreme Court collapsed dead. According to Ngatia, its not enough to take rumours and theories in court without evidence and expect to win. According to Ngatia, Azimio ought to have dwelled on facts and evidence instead of hearsay.

Lawyer Fred Ngatia is of the view that indeed the Azimio lawyers failed to produce facts in court and instead focused on propaganda. According to Ngatia, the judges of the supreme Court can see through lies and that's why the Azimio case collapsed dead.

Fred Ngatia is clear that he was shocked to see senior lawyers and counsel presenting lies and evidence in the supreme Court of Kenya. According to Ngatia, the Kenya Kwanza and IEBC won because they based their argument on facts and the law.
