Supreme Court has affirmed freedom from discrimination for all Kenyans calling out an NGO for refusing to register LGBTQ organization.

In a news report that has been shared by a reliable source of information, it has been revealed that an NGO organization refused to register an LGBTQ community organization that wanted to be registered by the organization.
Reportedly, the NGO refused to sign the organization because it's members belonged to the LGBTQ community.
While reacting to this incident, Kenyans who took to their different social media accounts to express their opinions on the matter have congratulated the court for making this ruling.
According to the reports given by most Kenyans, they claimed that it is so unfortunate that some other groups, people have been calling out the LGBTQ community even though they have their rights too.
This is happening at the same time when renowned Orange Democratic Movement party politician Peter Kaluma has proposed a law to Criminalize LGBTQ community.
