Listen To What Miguna Said After Being Forced To Sign An Agreement Prior To His Morning Interview.

Attorney Miguna arrived in Kenya a few days ago, and the Mashujaa Day celebrations at Uhuru Gardens, which were overseen by the country's president at the time, William Ruto, were his first official engagement in Kenya. Since then, he has received requests to interviews from a variety of radio and television stations, many of which are interested in speaking with him specifically about his five-year stay in Canada.

Miguna has expressed his outrage after admitting that he was compelled to sign an agreement before the morning interview at Spice FM and Standard Group.

His hosts, who had chosen not to receive him after they had met him, were informed of the encounter through his narration. Instead, he says that the agreement he had to sign demonstrating that he would comply by the indemnity requirements was the first thing he had received.

The document provided to Miguna stated, "I hereby release, discharge and agree to fully indemnify the company, its legal representatives and assign, from all claims, causes of action and liability of any kind, now known or unknown, in law or in equity arising out of the interview, including, without limitation, claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, violation of one's personal and/or sensitive data.
