A significant declaration was made at the installation of the High Court Principal Judge by Acting Registrar of the High Court Pauline Mbulikah. The ceremony will take place at the Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi County on September 29, 2022, beginning at 9.00AM, according to Mbulikah's announcement to the general public.
According to the Judiciary, "The High Court Principal Judge's Installation Ceremony is Scheduled to Take Place on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at the Milimani Law Court Starting from 9.00Am."
On the day of the event, Mbulikah has informed the public that there will be court interruptions. It requests that courts give guidance on how the court issues that were scheduled on that day should be handled.
"We regret to inform you that there will be court disruptions. Each court and Division will provide directions on how the court matters of the day will be handled," the Judiciary stated.
