It has been weeks of trying to get justice for the late Mary Immaculate Blessing Onebe who went missing for nine months only to be found murdered and dumped in her matrimonial septic tank.

Her husband, Francis Onebe was arrested and faces murder charges as he is one of the suspects on the murder because of several evidences pointing towards him.

The accused was supposed to face prosecution, but the case was not heard because of one major reason.

According to Daily Monitor news reports, Francis Onebe's murder trial was not heard in court because the Chief Magistrate was not available due to the seminar she was attending, with the next date of the case yet to be revealed.

The Prosecution statement of Mr Onebe stated: "Francis Onebe, 63 an accountant, Bonny Oriekot, 26, a security guard attached to Pentagon Security Limited and others still at large during the month of January, 2021 at Mawanga zone LC1 in Munyonyo, Makindye Division in Kampala District murdered Aiso Immaculate Mary Blessing Onebe."
