Judge Fatuma Sichale has highly castigated the High Court of Kenya ruling on BBI. She has affirmed that judges are not semi gods and therefore completely overturned almost ninety percent of the High Court of Kenya ruling against BBI.

According to Fatuma Sichale it's a fact court has for some time now involved itself in matters political when they should not. She us of the view that no judge should stand in the way of a revolution as that can only lead to violence and anarchy in the county. She has however as well affirmed that Uhuru Kenyatta cannot initiate a popular initiative for it's difficult to tell when he is doing so on his personal capacity.

According to Fatuma Sichale, It's at the backdrop of all this that she finds judges are carrying themselves as demi gods when they are actually humans. She has expressed her surprise with most matters from the High Court of Kenya judges who involved themselves in a matter that they should have not.

Sichale has affirmed that it's clear as a country we can change the constitution at will as nothing like the basic structure. She has castigated the High Court if Kenya judged for imagining they can stop BBI reggae a political process meant to unite the country.
