New Dawn At Judiciary As Martha Koome Unveils Vision to Improve Efficiency

Barely months after taking over the mantle as the first woman Chief Justice, Martha Koome is making tremendous changes at the helm of Judiciary. Chief Justice Martha Koome has today unveiled the vision for judiciary.

During the event, the CJ has said judiciary to reform registry operations and monitor all files to improve efficiency in the corridors of justice.

"CJMarthaKoome says judiciary to reform registry operations, monitor all files to improve efficiency as she unveils vision," read the statement.

The move is to ensure kenyans get justice as faster as possible and minimize cases where files have been disappearing in courts making difficult for kenyans to get justice within the time.

Since taking over as first woman Chief Justice , Martha Koome has done alot in less than six months that she has been in office. Through her efforts 34 judges were able to be appointed by president Uhuru Kenyatta out of 40 that were recommended by Judicial Service Commission.
