Mohamed Weliye, one of the vocal supporter of Raila Amollo Odinga has this evening asked a tough question to Fred Ngatia just after a heated exchange about a form that was supposedly uploaded after a hacking exercise.

He asks, "But the IEBC system uses blockchain and has military grade firewalls. How did they end up there."

During the session today, Lawyer Julie Soweto appeared to suggest that one of the Venezuelans left trail during their hacking process. This is an allegation that was thrown out of the window by Senior Counsel and Attorney General emeritus, Professor Githu Muigai who was representing the IEBC.
Further, Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia quoted that the forms on display did not actually have any security features, contrary to the new evidence they submitted to the court.
The supreme court has retreated to draw its judgement after a long week of submission in the floor of the apex court, and their decision will be declared on Monday, 5th.
