Subukia Man,26, Who Murdered Wife Set Free After Daughters,5, Cried In Court, Leaving Judge In Tears

Dramatic scene was witnessed from Nakuru high court after the proceedings were adjourned for few hours when the judge and other court officials broke in to tears when twin sisters aged five years cried uncontrollably pleading for the release of their father who was convicted for allegedly murdering his wife.

According to the charge sheet that was tabled by prosecutor before Justice Mary Wambui, The the incident happened last year when the suspect was drunk. "The body was dumped at Berea tea plantation when it was discovered by workers." Reads the charge sheet in part.

Speaking to a local media station, the outspoken justice Wambui revealed the kids have been living with their grandmother and are no longer getting basic needs or going to school. "Forgiveness is the best virtue." He said.

Conferming the incident, the institution's administrator disclosed the accused was released unconditionally without any fine.

This however have raised mixed reactions with most netizens faulting the decision.
