New twist has emerged in Justice Said Chitembwe case following the u-turn by the two petitioners who are seeking to withdraw the two charges where Chitembwe is facing corruption and gross misconduct allegations.
According to the source, the two petitioners Mr David Ole Kisilu and Imgard Beige have written to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) that is under the leadership of CJ Martha Koome to withdraw the case.

It has been reported that the two petitioners wrote a letter to JSC in person without the consent of their lawyers to withdraw the two charges.
