The files for Kimwarer and Arror Dams scandal case facing the former Cabinet Secretary of Treasury Henry Rotich, are reportedly lost according to the High Court Judge Justice Antony Mrima who is dealing with the case since the year 2019.
According to K24 television, Justice Antony Mrima has confirmed that the files for the huge scandal of Arror and Kimwarer dams, case facing the former Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich are lost and cannot be found where they are currently.
This has forced the court to postpone the case which was scheduled to be heard on Monday, in order to give the court a chance to look for them before the case begins begins again. Mrima also ordered that the case will transferred to the Supreme Court for the Chief Justice, to give a directive once the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) Noordin Haji completes the investigation.
