The full judgement from the Supreme Court was released todayy and some of the recommendations that the court made are seen to be a boost for the azimio la umoja. The most notle recommendations has been that the forms 34A, 34B, and 34C should be restricted to the IEBC staffs only.
The previous poll was co tested and the arguments were that the forms 34A, 34B, and 34C were tampered on the way by the Kenya Keanza agents. The case that the Azimio fraternity had was boosted by the arguments that Joe Carmago intercepted the forms 34A and changed on them as Kenya Kwanza heagents on the ground changed the originals forms that were tken to Bomas.
Consequently, the azimi accused UDA agents at the Bomas for conspiring with IEBC as they verified the forms 34A and 34Bs. The arguments that they had was that the agents had extra forms that were original but not the ones from the pollung stations and that the forms tallied well with the edited forms of Jose Carmago imprinted at the IEBC portal.
