Miguna Reveals Why He is Unable to Enter Kenya

Embattled Kenyan Advocate Miguna Miguna expressed his frustrations over his inability to enter the country despite winning legal battles against the State.

The government turned it's deaf ear to the jurisdiction that ordered it to allow him back into the country and denied him from accessing his travel credentials.

Through an early evening feed, Miguna revealed that Uhuruto confiscated and destroyed his passport prior to his deportation.

The Kenyan government denounced his citizenship despite the inevitable fact that he was bonded to Kenya by birth.

His legal representatives took the matter to Court and battled for him in his absentia. He won a series of petitions against the State and was granted his citizenship.

The Immigration Department was mandated to reward him with his passport. According to his interjections, in Kenya, relying on judicial orders went hand in hand with clinching to a straw in the face of a soaring tsunami.

He noted that he was mandated to enter Kenyan under the security of the already destroyed passport. The Judiciary re-awarded him his Kenyan Citizenship but barred him from applying for another passport.

What do you think about this?
