Former Mukurweini Member Of Parliament Kabado Wa Kabado has blasted President Uhuru Kenyatta for appointing some of the 40 judges and leaving others. The 40 judges had been recommended to the President for appointment during the time of the former Chief Justice David Maraga. However, the characters of some of the judge were questionable prompting the President to to appoint them. However, on Thursday 3rd President Uhuru Kenyatta appointed 34 out of the judges and leaving some of them from the list.
However, Former Mukurweini Member of Parliament Kabado Wa Kabado has advised Chief Justice Martha Koome not to allow the Executive to hijack the judiciary by refusing to swear the appointed judges until all the whole lot is appointed. Among in the list of the not appointed are judge Odinga and Joel Ngugi. These are some of the judges from the five_bench members that termed BBI bill as null and void.
