A case challenging the new curriculum at the court has forced the Cabinet secretary in charge of Education to seek the services of a top lawyer who failed to meet the threshold for the chief justice job. The top lawyer Murgor has been credited for winning several high-profile cases in the country in his career as a lawyer.
As per sources with the service, Magoha is looking to constrain the court not to suspend the execution of the new educational plan which as indicated by guardians is expensive and has exposed them to the utilization of abundance assets to carry out it.
Only half a month prior a case was documented at the courts to attempt to prevent the new educational program from being carried out and taken on. Guardians have shared their musings about the said type of schooling with many concurring that it has cost them a dime in executing the new arrangement of training.
