Ugandans Protests Outside EU Offices In Kampala, Uganda

Thousands of Ugandans have moved to the streets to protest for the closure of European Union (EU) offices in Kampala.

Contrary to the norms on how the police officers handles the protestants in Uganda, the demonstration is very peaceful.

Usually, the demonstration ends with realising tear gas. Moreover, the protestants are guarded by the Uganda police officers.

Lately, the United States of America (US) and some members of European Union (EU) have had a sour relationship with the Ugandan government.

Through a tweet which was posted on 24th September 2022 by the millitary general for Uganda People's Defense Forces (UPDF), Muhoozi Kainerugaba, it was revealed that Uganda is not supporting millitary moves by both EU and US.

Muhoozi Kainerugaba added an attack on Russia is an attack on Africa. Muhoozi said that Russia should not only threaten the Atomic attacks on Ukraine but he should do it immediately.

Insiders from Uganda allege that the demonstration was probably organized by the government of Uganda.
