It's clear already that Kenyans in their numbers are waiting for the Supreme Court verdict on matters BBI report. Already the report collapsed in two lower court hence its clear Supreme Court would be final on the report which seemingly might again collapse base on the evidence presented.
One very lethal reason BBI will collapse at the Supreme Court is the fact that it's a project of the executive. According to the constitution, a popular initiative cannot be spearheaded by the president or any elected leader rather it's a preserve of the ordinary citizen.
Another reason BBI could face trouble at the Supreme Court is the fact that it's interfering with the independence of the judiciary. Creation of the ombudsman office to prefect judiciary is something that interferes with the basic structure of the constitution and a reason enough to bring BBI down.
Another very important reason that might affect BBI report at the Supreme Court is on the matter of signature verification. It's already clear that the IEBC didn't have quorum to verify signatures something that might lead to upholding of court of Appeal verdict on BBI
