The lawyer was elected unopposed in May 2020, to be the chairperson of the senior counsel committee of the law society of Kenya, while his tenure was coming to an end the controversial lawyer to his Twitter handle to thank the members at the same time sarcastically taking on Cj Koome.
The difference between lawyer amhednassir and Martha Koome played out in public when the Cj warned him and other lawyers about going to social media to discuss the possible outcome of the BBI verdict.
Earlier on the senior counsel had objected to the revision of presidential amendment rules after it was announced and gazetted. In his social media handle, he poses "Sad..the CJ Can do better".
The lawyer has been criticizing most of the actions of the CJ, while openly supporting the Kenya kwanza team for the August poll.
