Kenyans React as President Uhuru Files Appeal Notice Against High Court

Do you think the president will succeed in his appeal against the high court that termed the BBI process unconstitutional, null and void?

Well, President Uhuru Kenyatta has decided to take up the task of getting things back on track by filing a notice in a bid to revive the BBI process.

The report was recently rendered illegal by the high court.

In their ruling, the five-judge bench said that the president alone can't initiate the process, neither can he push for constitutional amendments.

They also faulted the Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC) for failing to supply more copies of the report to the public in order for them to make informed decision.

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga who has been in the forefront line championing the report recently claimed that they will make a major come back, adding that reggae is still on, while addressing residents at Kisumu.

Kenyans have taken to social media to give their cents on the same with a number of them claiming that the the appeal will undoubtedly fail.

Here are their comments;
