Jubilee secretary general Raphael Tuju has been criticized after statements he made during NTV Interview. This came after 5 bench Judges ruled out BBI as unconstitutional thus obliging it's supporters to appeal agaist the high court ruling. This morning Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Onesimus Kipchumba Murkomen through his twitter handle posted a message for tuju saying they hadn't forgot.that he was battling bankruptcy.
"The way Mr. Raphael Tuju of Rarienda is threatening Judges would make you think he is not the same person fighting for his dear life after he was declared bankrupt. Without a court order he couldn’t be holding any office not even as the chairman of Nyayiera cattle dip." Murkomen tweeted.
LSK president Nelson Havi replied to Tuju's statement that judges need police escort after making such ruling.
"Raphael Tuju, hear and get me loud and clear. Your buffoonery seems to know no limit. Judges volunteer to serve in an Arm of Government. Their security is not a privilege but a right. This is not Uganda in the 70s. Cross that line again and you will live to regret it." Havi pointed out to Tuju .
According to some comments from netizens Tuju said that those celebrating court ruling on BBI are dancing on graves of those who died during post election violence. Well the question is, is BBI truly constitutional?
