The Judiciary arm of government under the leadership of Chief Justice Martha Koome has been the center of criticism thanks to a section of Kenyans that no longer trust the judicial system. This has continued to be observed more especially after former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko exposed Justice Juma Saidi Chitembwe for allegedly being corrupt.
Law Society of Kenya President Nelson Havi has too made an allegation about a senior judge of the Supreme Court and this time being none other than Chief Justice Martha Koome. This is what the learned lawyer wrote on his social media page, "Chief Justice Martha Koome completes the ethnization of the entire Judiciary Staff at the Supreme Court by replacing the Registrar and Deputy Registrar with her own folks. Choices as they say, have consequences. This choice was apocalyptic."

Moments after Havi made the serious allegation, Senior Counsel Ahmednassir Abdullahi fired at him terming the allegation to be a propaganda.
