Anxiety High As BBI Judgement Is Expected to Be Released soon

While giving the first introductory statement on the much-awaited verdict on the Building Bridges Initiative appeal today, the court of appeal has pointed the first Blunder the five high Court Judges made while giving the infamous verdict against BBI in May.

Justice Francis Tuiyott, who is the youngest of the 7-bench Court of Appeal Judges was the first Judge to Present his case after the Appellate Court President David Musinga Presented his introductory remarks

Justice Musinga has affirmed that public funds were used in spearheading BBI process something completely unconstitutional and in contravention of the constitution. This therefore means that the entire BBI is just but dead.

Justice Musinga has affirmed that BBI report is a process of the handshake meant to unite the country but one that failed to use the right process and channels. This just puts breaks to the reggae team as they have an option to move to the court of appeal.

I'm in agreement with the findings by the High court that His Excellency the President can not initiate changes to the constitution through a popular initiative as provided by the Constitution in article 257" -Justice Fatuma Sichale.
