Celebrated Lawyer Ndegwa Njiru has delivered worrying details of what could happen following the cordial relationship between President Wiliam Ruto and the Supreme Court of Kenya Chief Justice Martha Koome alleging a plan to alter the Constitution in favor of the 5th President.
Lawyer Ndegwa has said that the strong friendship between William Ruto and CJ Martha Koome is something that Kenyans should be worried about and that going by how the two have been operating is worrying and toxic.
According to Lawyer Ndegwa, he has alleged that if Kenyans are not careful, by the year 2025, President William Ruto through the help of CJ Martha Koome might lift the term limits and the courts will endorse it and say it's the will of the people.
"The courtship between William Ruto and CJ Martha Koome is Toxic and worrying.....By 2025, we will be talking about lifting the term limits and the courts will endorse it and say it's the will of the people," Lawyer Ndegwa Njiru has alleged.
The remarks from the Lawyer come as Raila Odinga and the leader of the Azimio One Kenya Alliance have continued to express their mistrust with the Supreme Court Judges, demanding that the whole court should be disbanded.
