The murder case of lawyer Willie Kimani is set to take a new twist after Nairobi based judge delivered good news to the family. The case has taken over five years without family getting justice for their son.
During his fifth anniversary, Willie's dad cried foul to justice Lessit to give judgement to the case before being transferred to Mombasa. According to the new reshuffle of judges, justice Lessit will relocate to Mombasa law courts from Nairobi.
It's a breakthrough to the family because justice has confirmed that she will hear and conclude the murder case before reporting to her new station.
"WIN for lawyer Willie Kimani's family as Justice Jessie Lessit says she will hear and conclude his murder case before she reports to her new station as a court of appeal judge", star reports.
Let justice be sought for Willie Kimani because his dad, suffered from high blood pressure from the assassination. Kinuthia, Willie's father added that Willie was his breadwinner.
The case will be mentioned by July 8.
